TEKTONS was forged by the Pollock family, whose journey began in 2013 during a mission trip that shattered their hearts and reshaped their purpose. Confronting the harsh realities of orphans and widows living without basic resources, they refused to walk away. What started as temporary aid evolved into a multi-generational vow: to not only provide immediate care but to dismantle cycles of poverty through sustainable infrastructure—clinics, schools, and community hubs—built alongside local leaders and caregivers. For the founders, this work became more than a mission; it’s a lifeline. ‘We thought we were giving them hope,’ reflects Jeremy Pollock, ‘but in serving, we found our true calling—to live as stewards of a promise far greater than ourselves.’ Every brick laid and relationship nurtured stands as a testament to their unwavering belief: love, when rooted in action, transforms both the giver and the receiver.

Our Board of Directors in Haiti, together with our supporting Board of Directors in the United States, brings experienced, values-driven leadership to community-led development across Haiti. Rooted in deep local knowledge and reinforced by international governance and fundraising expertise, our boards prioritize transparency, accountability, and respectful partnership with the communities we serve. We champion participatory decision-making, capacity building, and sustainable, culturally appropriate solutions that address urgent needs while strengthening local institutions. United by a commitment to measurable impact, prudent stewardship of resources, and long-term resilience, our leadership ensures donor investments translate into community-owned results that uplift families and foster lasting change.
"Rooted in the righteousness of Christ and compelled by His command to 'love your neighbor as yourself' (Mark 12:31), we are steadfast in serving our global family—for every soul is knit together in the image of God. We labor not for earthly praise, but as faithful stewards of His grace, knowing that 'whatever you do for the least of these, you do for Me' (Matthew 25:40). To uplift the broken, champion the marginalized, and sow seeds of eternal hope is our sacred charge, for true purpose is found in laying down our lives as He laid down His: in love, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to the Kingdom."
Our mission is to strengthen vulnerable communities by supporting the logistics of education, nutrition, and medical care — ensuring children and families in desperate situations receive the essential resources, services, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through partnership, compassionate service, and sustainable programs, we build healthier, more resilient futures where every child can grow, learn, and live with dignity.
