About Us

Founders

TEKTONS was forged by the Pollock family, whose journey began in 2013 during a mission trip that shattered their hearts and reshaped their purpose. Confronting the harsh realities of orphans and widows living without basic resources, they refused to walk away. What started as temporary aid evolved into a multi-generational vow: to not only provide immediate care but to dismantle cycles of poverty through sustainable infrastructure—clinics, schools, and community hubs—built alongside local leaders and caregivers. For the founders, this work became more than a mission; it’s a lifeline. ‘We thought we were giving them hope,’ reflects Jeremy Pollock, ‘but in serving, we found our true calling—to live as stewards of a promise far greater than ourselves.’ Every brick laid and relationship nurtured stands as a testament to their unwavering belief: love, when rooted in action, transforms both the giver and the receiver.

Experience

Jeremy Pollock is a licensed Class A General Contractor with over 25 years of industry leadership across the Four Corners region of the United States. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from entitlements and zoning to development and execution—ensuring seamless delivery of complex, high-impact construction initiatives. Leveraging a career built on cross-cultural collaboration, Jeremy has spearheaded multidisciplinary teams by refining globally informed strategies that optimize resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. As a TEKTON (Transformative Engineering & Knowledge-Driven Operational Navigator), he integrates this unparalleled technical acumen with a commitment to ethical innovation, positioning him as a trusted partner for  prioritizing precision, scalability, and long-term value.

Commitment

"Rooted in the righteousness of Christ and compelled by His command to  'love your neighbor as yourself' (Mark 12:31), we are steadfast in  serving our global family—for every soul is knit together in the image  of God. We labor not for earthly praise, but as faithful stewards of His  grace, knowing that 'whatever you do for the least of these, you do for  Me' (Matthew 25:40). To uplift the broken, champion the marginalized,  and sow seeds of eternal hope is our sacred charge, for true purpose is  found in laying down our lives as He laid down His: in love, sacrifice,  and unwavering devotion to the Kingdom."

Mission Statement

Tektons is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting projects that are critical for communities to thrive. We strive to build enduring communities using modern materials that honor families and their legacies for generations to come.

Our platform connects generous donors with those in genuine need, ensuring financial transparency and accountability in our stewardship of funds. We direct resources straight to recipient projects, vet each initiative, and nurture meaningful relationships throughout the process.

We engage with local tradespeople, fostering skill development and adapting to new technologies. By promoting job creation, we enhance community well-being far beyond the initial donations.

"Good buildings come from good people, and all problems are solved by good design."
