He leads multidisciplinary teams with globally informed strategies to optimize resources, mitigate risk, and align stakeholders. As a TEKTON, he combines technical acumen with ethical innovation, prioritizing precision, scalability and value.

Nelson Marcelin is a graduated medical translator with extensive experience in electrical and solar installations. A devoted father and community leader, he serves as President of Tektons Haiti, where he is committed to empowering Haitian communities through practical solutions and passionate leadership.
 

My name is Farah Jean, I’m 37 years old, a pastry chef with training in  office IT. As a young single mother and Vice President of TEKTONS HAÏTI,  I’m honored to contribute to this organization’s mission and growth.

My name is Simby Josimain. I am 34 years old, a professional plumber,  and Treasurer of TEKTONS Haiti. TEKTONS Haiti works to foster community  development through service, solidarity, and support for vulnerable  populations. I consider it both a privilege and a responsibility to be  part of this team, and I look forward to collaborating to create  meaningful, positive change.
