Jeremy Pollock is a licensed Class A General Contractor with 25+ years leading construction across the Four Corners. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—entitlements, zoning, development, execution—delivering complex, high-impact projects. He leads multidisciplinary teams with globally informed strategies to optimize resources, mitigate risk, and align stakeholders. As a TEKTON, he combines technical acumen with ethical innovation, prioritizing precision, scalability and value.

Jodie Benson is Vice President of Tektons USA, based in Arizona. With over 40 years in business—including 20 years in international publishing—and experience in construction, accounting, and the arts, Jodie brings practical expertise to Tektons’ work in Haiti. She and Blaine adopted two children from Haiti in 2007; their three children are now professionals. Jodie serves as President of her local school board and has led mission trips to build an orphanage in Haiti and homes in Mexico.

Marissa is Secretary of Tektons USA in Arizona. With experience in real estate operations and organizational management, she provides strong administrative support and attention to detail for Tektons’ work in Haiti. She oversees documentation and care for the 37 children in the organization’s oversight. Locally, Marissa volunteers at her church, mentoring young adults as Christian leaders. She lives in the Prescott mountains and enjoys walks with her 2-year-old Cairn Terrier.

Nelson Marcelin is a graduated medical translator with extensive experience in electrical and solar installations. A devoted father and community leader, he serves as President of Tektons Haiti, where he is committed to empowering Haitian communities through practical solutions and passionate leadership.

My name is Micaina Joseph, I am 25 years old, and I am a student of legal and political sciences. 

I am the secretary of TEKTONS - Haiti. It's a pleasure to be a member of this extraordinary team.

My name is Farah Jean, I’m 37 years old, a pastry chef with training in  office IT. As a young single mother and Vice President of TEKTONS HAÏTI,  I’m honored to contribute to this organization’s mission and growth.
